"El Carmesi Build"

Well had some good news last week. Got in touch with Sharim Gubbels, famous for his crossville site as well as his "El Carmesi" toys, and sent him a picture of my take on his great toy which he released back in 2006. I did this to see if it was ok to carry on with this project and finally release it to the public.
Sharim was great about this and he gave me a few pointers of alterations to change in my build, which was much appreciated and as long as I said that this was "my" version of his work it would be ok to release it, which was great too!! ^__^
I had scratch built the toy in card, but had also been tracing the parts as they were being applied together, so I have all the parts on quite a few bits of paper at the moment, I have scanned them into my computer and I am currently working on creating a workable template, incorporating Sharim's alterations too. I am hoping to have it released by the end of the month if not sooner as i am working on quite a number of other projects at the moment including my next Gundam Toy (RX-93-V2 Hi V Gundam by Rarra) which will take a couple of months too to finish...

new sinanju gundam build

Well I have finally built Julius's smaller version of his MSN 06 Sinanju Gundam. Have had the same trouble with this version as i did with the larger, that it keeps on falling backwards. There is far too much weight on the back to let it stand by itself.

I am posting this as I am totally against the new censorship laws and also the closure of many sites due to them being accused of piracy yet the majority of sites are used by people like myself. We put our files onto the sites to allow the distribution of them and most are legal files, yet the sites are getting labelled as communities to distribute illegal files which for the part is untrue.
Sites like mediafire, which i keep my files on, are the same as sites like megaupload, which got closed, yet the major companies used mediafire to keep their files on so what happens then? people keep files on such sites as microsoft skydrive, is this illegal as well???
please support the cause as I know you will.....

Shin has just released a new Br. toy I think based towards that special day coming up this month for all the lovers out there :)
Great toy so I thought I would do a couple of variations on the colour, I quite like the lilac version but that's just me ! :)

Toy Train

I love building urban paper toys but i also like building other stuff, as a few folk would know.
I have been working on the Toy Train model from the Canon Creative park website for about a 2 months now, it took me so long as I was working on a few other toys as well at the time, so finally it's finished. I will have to ask around and see if anyone local would like it as folks who know me know that the majority of my builds end up in the recycle bucket as trash......anyway here's some pics of the train. TTB3300 customs

Following my last post I carried on with some of shin tanaka's toys and have now done his series of TTB330's and mixer's, hope you like :).
If anyone has suggestions on which will be the next in line let me know ok ;)

Boxy collection

This collection of boxy's was supposed to be up last month but I had a family issue due to my father passing away due to cancer and helping my mum with arrangements and paperwork, He lived to a good age of 89 years young and he will be deeply missed.

Hope you like these, I have always liked to make identical copies of other folks work,but I don't mean it in a bad way and all due respect to the designers and artists who create them such as Shin Tanaka.
